As Office Manager at Holland Financial Group, Audrey Holland oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the firm running smoothly. With a strong background in sales, training, and team leadership, Audrey brings both structure and heart to the business—ensuring the office runs efficiently so her husband, Brad, can remain focused on serving the firm’s clients with excellence.

Audrey’s professional career began in Nashville, Tennessee, at Bellsouth Mobility, where she advanced through various sales and retail management roles. She later served as a Training Supervisor for a cellular phone insurance call center, sharpening her skills in team development and operational oversight. Today, she leverages that experience to manage systems, support staff, and care for the internal workings of the firm.

Audrey earned her Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University’s School of Business and her MBA from Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey School of Business. She takes pride in continuing the legacy of Holland Financial Group and feels honored to contribute to the growth of the family business while raising their three daughters.
